Out there on Epworth and Isle

We try to do things with such style

And though you may think we're right barmy

This year we 've  worked with the Army

 

Cadets in our town are so needed

But finance has been superseded

Our teddies are now very famous

just requiring your money to name us

 

So when planning your next little scatter

Come out to The Isle for a natter

We'll find you a bear with considerable care

And our  funds will be that much fatter

 

Six guests from Hull Paragon

decided their Teddy was RON     

but Sonia knew better

and wrote down the letter

and home went the little white one.

  

Our teddies will last till December

But all you have to remember

If you visit in style that club on the Isle

Those names will help every member

To those who have lost the plot more than we have,  Epworth and Isle Rotary Club held a "Teddy Fest" from September through to December  and raised money to open and support Army Cadets two nights a week in Epworth Youth Centre.
